Returns and refunds
We want you to be delighted with everything you buy from Blom.
So we will do everything we can and everything, within your rights, to resolve any problem you might have with the products you buy.
Should any item you receive be faulty or not be what you were reasonably expecting, you can of course return it to us for a refund (this will include standard delivery costs).
Due to the nature of our products, we would ask that you examine them as soon as they arrive and, if there is a problem, contact us immediately here.
The process for returns and refunds for live products will vary depending on circumstances and in accordance with our T&Cs, here.
It may also depend on the nature of the plants you’ve bought, so do get in touch to discuss the most appropriate way to resolve the matter.
In some cases we may not need you to return your items so do
get in touch before posting anything back to us. We may not be able to refund you the cost of doing so if you do.
If you do have to return items, we recommend that you use a tracked service, since any goods are your responsibility until we receive them.
We are only able to refund postage if your goods are faulty or you have been sent the wrong product.
